Modern Duplex Apartment Gut Renovation

Our design intent for this modern apartment gut renovation was to create not just an open floor plan, but a spatial experience rooted in a light. To achieve the balance of the industrial and minimalist aesthetic, we incorporated steel plate shelves and exposed the concrete structure. Vistas of the monochromatic color scheme are highlighted by accent trims to create planes of visual texture and light. Throughout the home, layered whites and minimalist forms beckon.
