The Loop Apartment NYC

The Existing layout and design go back to 1980. two apartment were joined together to create a new home for a young family.

Design intent:

Create an open and light spatial experience. Better flow of space across entire apartment - avoid a dead-end in space flow Scope: Total gut renovation, new kitchen and bathrooms, new windows, new lighting, and new HVAC.
