The Open House - Andersonville Chicago

Project Objective:

This project transforms an existing single-family home through a complete gut renovation, reimagining it as a space attuned to contemporary living. Every element is reconsidered to balance function, flow, and a sense of openness.

Design Intent:

The home is conceived as a fluid, light-filled environment where spaces effortlessly connect and everyday life feels elevated. Horizontal and vertical relationships are carefully orchestrated, making movement intuitive and the home feel expansive yet intimate. Natural light dances across thoughtfully chosen materials, while subtle details enrich the experience of each moment. The result is a home that is warm, inviting, and alive—a place where clarity, comfort, and connection converge.
