Every project begins with listening. We take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, budget, and the unique characteristics of your site. From there, we develop thoughtful layouts, select materials and finishes, design custom millwork and furniture,

and create a cohesive lighting strategy—all tailored specifically to your project.

4. Why do you stay involved during

construction?

Great design deserves great execution. We remain actively involved throughout construction, helping select qualified contractors, reviewing the work, answering questions, and ensuring the project is built as intended. Our goal is to protect the

design vision from start to finish.

5. How do you keep clients informed?

Communication is a core part of our process. We provide regular updates, coordinate closely with contractors and consultants, and keep you informed during every phase, from design and permitting through construction, so there are no surprises.

6. Who leads Atelier036?

Atelier036 is led by founder and principal architect Niv Ben-Adi. With more than 30 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and construction. Niv brings a collaborative, detail-oriented approach that balances creativity with practical

execution.

7. Where do you work?

Our primary markets are New York City, and Chicago. We also accept select residential and commercial commissions throughout the United States.
